Nanni marine diesel engine N4.38 without reversing gear (MEC)

The Nanni N4.38 is a 4-cylinder in-line marine diesel engine built on a 1.5-liter Kubota engine block. It produces an output of 27.6 kW (37.5 hp) at a rated speed of 3000 rpm and delivers a peak torque of 94.8 Nm at 2200 rpm. This naturally aspirated engine features a mechanical indirect injection system and a gear-driven valve train. It comes standard with a closed cooling system with a heat exchanger, an integrated oil drain pump, and a 12V 120-Amp alternator. This version is supplied without a marine gearbox, prepared for configuration with various shaft-line transmissions (such as the TMC60 or ZF12) or an SP60 Sail Drive. The engine holds an M4 duty rating for up to 3000 annual operating hours with a load factor up to 40%, and complies with RCD 2013/53/EU, EPA Tier 3, and BSO 2 emission standards.
