It may occur that you wish to return something. To ensure a quick resolution together, we kindly ask you to fill out the form below accurately.

Return Conditions:

This is a return form and cannot be used for a repair or warranty request. Please use the repair and warranty request page for these purposes. the repair and warranty request page.
Products delivered by us can only be returned with written permission from allpa B.V.
The shipment must be delivered free of charge unless it is an error on our part, in which case a return order will be created.
The product must be unused and in the original, undamaged, and sticker-free packaging.
allpa reserves the right to charge 15% of the net order value for the handling of returns.
The return period is a maximum of 30 days after the purchase of the products.
Products not listed in the catalog and/or subject to customer-specific processing cannot be returned.
Always include or send a copy of the completed return form and a copy of our delivery note or invoice with a return shipment.

• The completed Return/Warranty Application.

• A copy of the corresponding invoice

• Photos (if applicable)

• Description of Warranty Request (if applicable)

Allpa will send you a RAN No. (Return Authorization Number) by e-mail. Please indicate this number on the packaging of

your return shipment and enclose a printout of this e-mail.

Allpa B.V. reserves the right to charge a return handling fee.
