Nanni marine diesel engine T8.350 without reversing gear

The Nanni T8V.350 is a 4.5-liter V8 marine diesel engine in a 90° V-configuration, delivering an output of 257 kW (349 hp) at an engine speed of 3800 rpm. It is based on a Toyota engine block featuring double overhead camshafts (DOHC) and four valves per cylinder. Utilizing a combination of an electronically controlled high-pressure Common-Rail injection system and twin-turbocharging with intercooling, the engine generates a torque of 800 Nm at 2600 rpm.

This specific version is supplied without a gearbox and is fully prepared for the flexible installation of a reversing transmission or sterndrive of choice. With a dry weight of 435 kg, the engine offers a favorable power-to-weight ratio. Standard equipment includes a fresh water cooling system (dual-circuit), an integrated fuel cooler, and a 120A alternator. The engine complies with RCD 2013/53/EU and EPA Tier 3 emission regulations and is designed for application in fast motor yachts and sports cruisers (M6 rating).
