allpa Fender profile 'Radial'

Excellent protection, easy to mount PVC fender profile. Durable marine grade material, UV-resistant, colourfast.
The most extraordinary feature of this patented fender profile is that it can be fitted cold in a few steps.

MOUNTING PROCEDURE:

1. HARD PROFILE INSTALLATION
Drill and fasten using flat screws placed in the median section as shown in the picture. RADIAL 80 requires two additional sets of screw.

2. SOFT PROFILE FITTING
Bending the profile all backwards as shown in the picture will completely open the internal holding section and it can be easily engaged to the hard rail. RADIAL 40 & 52 can be fitted cold. RADIAL 80 requires an ambient temperature of 40°C.

3. THE RADIAL FENDER PROFILE PROPERLY INSTALLED AS SHOWN IN LAST PICTURE
The rigid mounting strip tracks are available in 2m length. The fender profile is available in 16mm length. Colours: light grey (standard) and black.
